You may not post content that we consider spam. You may not use RSVP Keeper in a way that circumvents the original intended usage of RSVP Keeper.
You may not hurt other users or impede on other RSVP Keeper users ability to operate RSVP Keeper.
RSVP Keeper cannot be held liable in a monetary or lawful sense for anything that is found on RSVP Keeper. Each users assumes responsibility at the time of upload, and RSVP Keeper cannot guarantee the terms of service agreements once you leave RSVP Keeper.
RSVP Keeper is not an API and cannot be used as such. RSVP Keeper must be used only on https://www.rsvpkeeper.com by using the fields on the site. If you use RSVP Keeper by data-scraping or as an API, your usage of RSVP Keeper is not inline with our Terms of Service and may be denied.
For our paid plans, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee if it turns out the application is not working for you and you've had a reasonably small number of Guests RSVP for your event (we really can't issue a refund if you've already had tons of guests RSVP!). Please note that refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, and the event in question, with all its data, will be deleted. The refund policy we have in place is not meant to be abused and manipulated. If you abuse or attempt to manipulate the refund policy your account may be removed.
